Whether you are joining us for a month, 6 months or more, I hope you and your little ones will enjoy these exclusive videos, which are inspired by my years of LIVE, interactive music-making classes with families and children 0-4 years.
Each video has been created to provide an engaging and accessible experience, exploring a range of themes, and promoting learning and development. No props or resources are needed, but you may find a list of suggested items to hand, for some videos.

Gingerbread man

Sing and sign along with this story song about the Gingerbread Man, who will he meet along the way?!
Participation tips:
Encourage your little one to do the actions as we go along - knocking on the door, running their feet and singing the Gingerbread Man’s song, as well as the Makaton which you will learn in the video.
For littler ones not yet copying actions, make this a sensory story by doing the actions on their bodies, singing the song and using your voice creatively to do the fun animal sounds and voices.
Toys and instruments to support engagement:
- have to hand a drum or any hard surface and encourage your little one to tap along to make the sound of the Gingerbread Man running.
- bring a cow, a sheep and a dog to meet along the way.
- try drawing a Gingerbread Man, which your little one can decorate as a craft activity, and then make that into your character in the story.
